This Bonus Policy is an integral part of Bw888’s Terms and Conditions of Use. It establishes the rights and obligations that apply when Bw888 awards bonuses, free spins or other promotional offers. All general terms of use apply in addition to this policy, and where this policy conflicts with a promotion’s specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
Bonuses are offered to eligible Bw888 players in accordance with the terms described herein and any promotion-specific terms. A prerequisite for most deposit-related offers is a successful deposit; non‑deposit offers may be available under separate terms. To participate, you must activate or opt in to the promotion where required, and you accept the applicable terms by doing so. Bw888 reserves the right to verify eligibility and withdraw any bonus if misrepresentation occurs.
Winnings generated from bets funded by Bonus Balance are added to the Bonus Balance unless the wagering requirements have already been satisfied. When wagering completes all wagering requirements, the remaining bonus balance may be transferred to your Real Balance, except where the bonus is non‑cashable. If a bet uses both Real Balance and Bonus Balance, any resulting winnings are added to the Bonus Balance unless wagering requirements require attribution elsewhere.
Bonuses and free spins credited to your account are subject to the terms herein and to any promotion-specific terms. If a bonus or free spins do not appear automatically, contact Customer Support before placing bets and the bonus will be credited. You may withdraw with an active bonus, but you may need to cancel the entire bonus balance to proceed with withdrawal. If a withdrawal is reversed, any cancelled bonus will not be reinstated.
Unless stated otherwise, the minimum deposit to qualify for a deposit bonus is €20 or the equivalent in your account currency. If the most recent bonus was a non‑deposit bonus, a deposit must be made before you qualify for further bonuses, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
Non‑deposit bonuses (including general no‑deposit offers and refer‑a‑friend promotions) or free spins with no deposit have a maximum eligible win or withdrawal limit of €100 or twice the bonus amount, whichever is higher. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from your account. A bonus credited as a non‑deposit bonus remains subject to wagering requirements and other terms herein.
Free spins are considered non‑cash reducing and do not withdraw from your bankroll. Free spins do not include triggered game features. A bonus is non‑cashable if, after wagering is completed or the bonus is consumed, it cannot be converted to Real Balance. Any remaining bonus balance after wagering or consumption will be removed.
Wagering requirements apply to deposited bonuses and to bonuses awarded with or without a deposit. The standard rule is 30 times the total bonus (deposit plus bonus). If a bonus is not awarded as part of a deposit offer, or if the total bonus amount exceeds the deposit, wagering is 60 times the bonus amount only. A maximum bet during wagering is 10% of the original or credited bonus amount (minimum 0.10 in the respective currency).
There are three defined wagering models unless otherwise specified by promotion terms:
Bet types, including special bets or functions, count toward wagering irrespective of name. Crash games count as 20% toward wagering. When a bonus is added to your account, wagering requirements are converted into Bonus Redeem Points. Redeem points are earned at currency-specific rates shown in the Bonus page of your Personal Area, and are subject to the game restrictions described below.
The conversion rates for earning Bonus Redeem Points are as follows and are displayed in your account: 0.5 Points per EUR, 1.00 Point per GBP, 1.00 Point per USD, 1.00 Point per CAD, 1.00 Point per AUD, 1.00 Point per DKK, 10.00 Points per SEK, 10.00 Points per NOK, 10.00 Points per ZAR, 10.00 Points per RUB, 70.00 Points per THB, and 50.00 Points per INR. Bonus wagering requirements are shown as Points to Redeem in the Bonus section of your Personal Area. Wagering is counted for one bonus at a time in a priority order: bonuses restricted to specific games contribute to those bonuses first; among multiple active bonuses, the largest bonus is wagered first; if two bonuses are identical, the larger amount is wagered first.
Except for games listed in the specific promotion terms, the following general contributions apply: standard wagering applies to most games; non‑slots and Scratch games contribute at reduced rates as described above; Crash games contribute at 20%. Some games or categories may be excluded from wagering or contribute differently; always consult the game’s information card for current bonus availability and contribution rules.
Bonuses have expiry periods published with the offer. If a bonus is not used or wagering not met within the specified period, the bonus and any winnings may be cancelled. If a bonus is consumed, forfeited, or expired and wagering is incomplete, all winnings may be removed. If a deposit resets the status of an uncompleted bonus to Consumed, remaining wagering obligations may be invalidated.
Bw888 reserves the right to review transaction records and identify irregular or abusive play. Examples include deliberately low‑margin betting, hedge betting, even money bets on Baccarat and Roulette, currency switching to exploit wagering, or any conduct that Bw888 determines to be abusive. If irregular play is detected, Bw888 may revoke bonus entitlement, void winnings, suspend accounts or withhold withdrawals. Bw888 maintains a zero tolerance approach to bonus abuse and fraudulent activity.
If you withdraw funds while a bonus is active without risking the required deposit, the bonus and any winnings may be forfeited. Payouts are applied to the largest bonus in use. If a bonus is not used within the applicable window, it may be cancelled and removed if you have no real balance remaining.
Opening multiple accounts to gain bonus money or promote abuse is prohibited. Bw888 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts involved in such activity and to remove any related winnings or bonuses.
Bw888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time without prior notice. Any such cancellation will not affect an award already redeemed, except where otherwise stated in the terms of the individual promotion. If a promotion is altered, the updated terms apply to winners and participants from that point forward.
Promotional communications may be sent in accordance with Bw888’s privacy and communications policies. You may opt out of promotional emails by contacting Customer Support. Eligibility for a specific promotion requires direct receipt of the promo message; if a promotion was not received as intended, Bw888 may not honour related payouts.
Bonuses are credited in the currency configured on your Bw888 account. Bw888 operates in compliance with applicable gaming laws and regulations. This policy, terms and any promotion-specific terms are governed by the applicable jurisdictional requirements and Bw888’s general Terms and Conditions.
